Nathan's Process

Step 1. Make a booking

Once you decide that you want to hire Nathan Williams, please make a booking. As part of the booking, you will need to make an upfront payment.

Please be reassured that Nathan has a rock-solid Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy after the session, he will happily refund your investment.

Thank you for being patient, Nathan is sometimes booked out weeks in advance; while other times you can get lucky and score a booking the next day. The key is to book as soon as possible because a free time slot can fill very quickly. The sooner you take action, the sooner Nathan can help you to solve your dog’s behavioural problems.

Step 2. Nathan will come to your home

Your dog’s behaviour problems typically originate and worsen in your home, so this is the place where the problems need to be addressed; particularly if you want to achieve long-term results.

After an initial greeting, Nathan can get to work!

Step 3. The session begins

No two dogs are the same, which means that no two sessions are the same either. The information and techniques that Nathan teaches you will depend on your individual dog and your unique interactions with him or her. However, below is a rough outline of the session.

The Dog Behaviour Specialist session is a mixture of:

You can ask as many questions as you like during, and at the end of the session.

Step 4. Trust that Nathan knows what he’s doing

Nathan takes cues from your dog, and he will observe and interact spontaneously. He won’t always be able to explain what he’s doing immediately, but he’ll explain at some point during the session. You’ll always have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.

Most importantly, trust that Nathan knows what he’s doing. You might wonder why he’s focusing on one aspect of your dog’s behaviour, even though you didn’t raise it as an issue (or see it as a problem). The answer is, everything is connected. If Nathan is working on something with your dog, there’s a reason for it. Even if it seems like a minor issue to you or completely irrelevant, chances are that it is contributing to the problem that you booked in about.

Step 5. Follow through. Consistency is the key to long-term success.

Once Nathan leaves your home, be sure to immediately implement all the techniques and strategies you’ve been taught. Consistency is the key to immediate and long-term success.

Even though you would have seen Nathan get fast (and in many cases immediate) results, these results need to be maintained by doing what you’ve been shown. Don’t worry, you won’t be perfect to start with, but you can do it. Thousands of people have gone through exactly what you’ve gone through and have been enormously successful. Just persist. Be a clear and consistent leader and you will have a beautiful relationship with your dog.

Step 6. Check the website for clarification

If you’ve forgotten any of Nathan’s instructions, simply log into the Client Section of the website and read the instructions there.

Step 7. Enjoy your dog!

It’s not always easy changing your habits and interactions with your dog, but once you do, you’ll be able to enjoy a happy, calm and fulfilling relationship with your four legged family member.
