If you are not satisfied that you have learned how to solve your dog’s behaviour problems by the end of one, in-home session, then you will have your money cheerfully refunded in full*.
*Please also note that the Happiness Guarantee is only relative to the session itself and not after. So if you are not happy for whatever reason, you will need to notify your Behaviour Specialist during or at the end of the session.
During your session, you will see Nathan achieve fast, and in many cases, immediate results with your dog. He will explain what he’s done to achieve those results, and he will show you how to achieve those results as well.
Nathan will provide:
- Hands-on techniques
- Education about how your dog’s mind works, in other words, dog psychology
- Leadership training
- Practical Exercises
During the session, Nathan will achieve the results you want, but it is up to you to maintain those results by doing exactly as you’ve been shown, i.e. by being a loving pack leader. Without consistent leadership, your dog will slip back to his or her old ways, and naturally, this isn’t covered under the Happiness Guarantee.
